Women's Ministry The Women’s ministry dedicated to developing our women into becoming that woman of virtue. This is done through encouragement. Every woman is encouraged to put God first by emphasizing her personal relationship with God. This relationship is the key to her success.
Led by Carlene Whyte Mcnee and meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7pm to study the Word and receive practical life lessons through discussions on Health, Finance, Family, & Relationships.
Men's Ministry Led by Elder Rhoden and meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month to study the Word and receive practical life lessons through discussions on Health, Finance, Family, & Relationships.
Healing Ministry Word of Faith Healing School Ministry -Members of the healing school along with Pastor Rhoden visit the sick in their homes, hospital, hospic facility, or nursing homes. We go out as a team or individually to bring comfort to the sick by praying for them and laying on of hands. When necessary we will give the person an anointed prayer cloth, holy oil, and scriptural verses. We will pray for the sick person until they have manifested their healing. The Word of Faith Healing School is offering a course "INSTRUCTIONS ON HEALING AND PRAYING FOR THE SICK" by Pastor Antionette Rhoden.
The course consists of lessons prepared by Pastor Antionette Rhoden, based on the teachings of Jesus Christ and biblical scriptures for healing. Pastor Rhoden has been in the healing ministry over 35 years. The wisdom and knowledge she has gained over the years and the insight the Holy Spirit has given her into the healing scriptues is being shared in this course.
We do not claim to be physicians but we do believe that by your faith you can be healed in Jesus Name. This course will touch on subjects such as The Power in the Name of Jesus, Baptism with the Holy Spirit, The Blood Of Jesus; Casting out Demons; The Power in what we Say; How to command sin and sickness to leave the body; How to walk in Divine Health; and many more fascinating subjects. Prayer OutreachLed by Pastor Rosa Dacres Pastoral Care - Consoles, cares, and comforts by making hospital visits, aftercare, ministry to the bereaved, assists the homebound, assist the elderly in nursing homes, and other areas as needed.
Youth and Children's Ministry Led by Reverand Donnette Wedderburn and Evangelist TerryAnn Pearson and meets weekly on Friday at 7:00 pm includes: Gems To mentor girls ages 12-18 to discover their own identity and use that identity to further discover the scope of their individual capabilities to impact family, school, community and the world. Agape Praise & Drama
The Agape Praise Dance Team is open to anyone who is willing to dance for the Lord. You don’t have to have any dance experience as we will all learn together and integrate our ideas to make our dance routines. The movement of our body through dance and sign language is a form of ministry to the Lord. Agape Dance Group meets every 2nd and 3rd Saturday from 4:30 to 6:00p.m. Place: Florida Bible School, 9300 Pembroke Road, Miramar Room: D203
Evangelism Ministry
Provides an opportunity for people who are willing to live out Matthew 28:19 and go make disciples. The Evangelism team travels to diverse locations to spread the good news through tracts, tapes, CD’S, DVD’s, Bibles and ministry flyers. Other Teams Benevolence Team - Provides food, clothing and resources with prayer support during the benevolence request processing.
New Members/Visitors - The front-line courtesy team, answers your inquiries, helps you to know more about the ministry, and introduces you to others to begin building relationships. They help greet in the Lobby and rear entrance.
Spiritual Advisement (Counseling) - Biblical advisement for marriage, parenting, personal spiritual development, and more. |
